Dr. William A. Crum

Dr. Crum graduated with honors from the Southern California College of Optometry. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He is board certified to diagnose and treat diseases of the eyes as well as pre- and post-operative care for cataracts, lasik and other refractive procedures. He is experienced in fitting specialty contact lenses and is a member of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Crum is also an Arizona Native, sports enthusiast, and is a father of six.

Dr. Jake Miller

Dr. Miller is a native of Boise, Idaho. After completing his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, Dr. Miller received his doctorate degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. He was a committee member of the student's quarterly publication, the SCOPE, for which he authored several articles at SCCO. He is currently a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Miller has gained diverse clinical experience from his various internships including: contact lens fitting, pediatric optometry, geriatric optometry, laser surgery co-management, as well as treatment of ocular disease. He enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and three sons.
