Dr. William A. Crum

Dr. Crum graduated with honors from the Southern California College of Optometry. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. He is board certified to diagnose and treat diseases of the eyes as well as pre- and post-operative care for cataracts, lasik and other refractive procedures. He is experienced in fitting specialty contact lenses and is a member of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Crum is also an Arizona Native, sports enthusiast, and is a father of six.

Dr. Jake Miller

Dr. Miller is a native of Boise, Idaho. After completing his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, Dr. Miller received his doctorate degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. He completed his internships at Hu Hu Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, AZ, Barnett Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Phoenix, AZ, and completed his final internship at Amarillo V.A. Hospital in Amarillo, TX. He was a committee member of the student's quarterly publication, the SCOPE, for which he authored several articles at SCCO. He is currently a member of the Arizona Optometric Association (AZOA) and the American Optometric Association (AOA). Dr. Miller has gained diverse clinical experience from his various internships including: contact lens fitting, pediatric optometry, geriatric optometry, laser surgery co-management, as well as treatment of ocular disease. He enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
